    Our family had a blast ! The kids loved the spacious room, and we appreciated the immaculate cleanliness throughout the place. The breakfast buffet was a hit with various delicious options, something for everyone to enjoy!

    My kids wished for a play area to burn off some energy.

    This is a fantastic hotel. I normally am not a person who writes lot of review online but it would be unjust to write review from this hotel. The simple reason is I travel a lot around the world and have no time to write. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It is good value for money. Shame that I was only there for 2 days.

    Really good Stay with Lovely Dining Experiences

    Our family had an very nice 9-night adventure filled with good surprises! The Skybar offered fine views and exquisite cocktails. Breakfast was like a feast with fresh Eggs Benedict and decadent chocolate croissants. Don't miss the top-floor pool-it's an oasis with amazing scenery!

    the best hotel in Kharkiv: comfortable and clean room, nice view from swimming pool on 11th floor, excellent breakfast, center location.

    I couldn't watch local news, since the only one free TV-channel in Ukraine - TVI wasn't available despite its logo was seen on black screen. It was also weird to charge my card for deposit additional services (1000UAH) at check-in, and then to keep a room's minibar locked during my whole stay.

    We explored the beautiful parks and enjoyed the nightlife. The hotel is stylish and super convenient, located right in the center of all the action. The staff were friendly and handled our requests like picking up from the airport like pros. Breakfast was delicious too!

    One downside was that the room rate was a bit on the higher side, but the overall experience made it worth it.

    Very modern facility. Excellent accomodations and food in the restaurants.

    It was pricey but this was during the Eurocup so understandable.

    The staff were really fantastic. They simply could not do enough to help. The showers and baths and complimentry soaps creams etc were all beautifully appointed and functioned excellently. The food in all of the restaurants was magnificent, gym and sauna facilities the same. My bill at the end of the stay was a long one but accurate to the penny.

    I stayed for 5 nights and expected for the price the sheets would be changed and the room cleaned every day. For some reason they did not change the sheets one day and the coffee stand stood for 2 days dirty without being replenished. I had a word and it was resolved immediately with complimentry chocolates and apologies
